Owners and collaborators of Lake Homes are put on the mediator register and our forms are approved by FIMAA and registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Novara.
Real estate mediation activity performed by Lake Homes is ruled by Act nr. 39/89 and s.m.i.(?) and by articles XI (capo?) of mediation, IV book of the Civil Code, when two or more parties keep in touch to conclude a property transaction. The compensation of such transaction is a commission to grant only in case the sale is concluded.
Lake Homes will have the right to obtain such commission when the sale agreement is signed by the parties (preliminary contract) (art. 1755 C.C.) and shall be paid in that very moment.
In case the negotiation will not be concluded, no compensation for the brokerage activity shall be granted.
